Thursday 2.30 - 3.15 p.m. Chair Yoga
Friday 9.30 -10.30 a.m. Morning Yoga Flow (Energise)
Friday 6.30 - 7.30 p.m. Yoga Flow (Stretch and Strengthen)
In our friendly classes, you will learn yoga poses and breathwork, and there is always plenty of time for relaxation and meditation too! No previous experience of yoga is necessary, all classes are suitable for beginners as well as those returning to practice.
All equipment is provided so you can borrow one of my mats until you are ready to buy your own.
Yoga can help you feel amazing, strong and flexible. It will help you manage your energy, and can support you to manage those aches and pains, and to take better care of yourself. The number one feedback from my new students is that they are starting to sleep better!"
