Following several months of uncertainty, it has been confirmed that the number 19 bus service through Spondon will continue to run for the near future.
The operator of the service has agreed to continue the service on a commercial basis. This essentially means that it needs to remain commercially viable to continue running so the message is that the service must be used or it will eventually be withdrawn if it does not receive the usage it needs to make it viable.
