Ice cream and spoon racing, blind folded ice cream tasting and ice cream target practice are just a few of the fun activities on offer at the Ice Cream Festival, which also includes Summer Food Tasting.

As its Fathers Day on the Sunday, Dads will be competing to be crowned the winner of the fastest ice cream eating competition! An array of delicious and innovative flavours of Bluebells Real Dairy Ice Cream will also be on offer for all the family to taste and enjoy.

In addition to the various Ice Cream-themed activities, there will also be a fire engine display, doggy show jumping, an animal tent, calf and goat parades and sparkly face painting.

A special highlight will be a static and flying Birds of Prey display by the National Falconry School, who supply owls for the Harry Potter films and BBC TV programmes. The display will also feature a fast-flying Falcon, who can hit speeds of 150mph, plus the cute star of the show, a 10cm Little Owl.

Lots more games, activities and competitions will also be on offer throughout the day.

Entry: Adults £3.50, £2.50 children. Family ticket £10 (family of 4). Entry fee to include entry to the Play Area, Animal Patch, free participation in all ice cream games, food tastings and a fabulous owl display.
