At the AGM in October 2025, it was agreed to merge the Village Improvement Committee into the Spondon Community Association to create one unified body responsible for:
• Running and maintaining our Village Hall - a highly valued resource for the community
• Working with various volunteers and volunteer groups that help to keep the village looking good throughout the year
• Funding planting, etc.
